Key installations include: glowing floral canopies overhead, the Cathedral of Light (towering illuminated pathways), Fire Garden (warm-toned displays in desert plantings), Winter Light Garden (cool blues and whites), and the signature California Poppy field where thousands of glowing orange poppies bloom year-round through fiber optics. Insider tips

Book weeks ahead: Popular dates (weekends, dates near Christmas, and the new 21+ nights) sell out quickly. Weeknight tickets are easier to get and less crowded. Early December weeknights offer the best availability-to-atmosphere ratio.

Parking passes required: On-site parking is limited. Purchase a parking pass in advance when you buy tickets (Another $10?) Availability at the door is not guaranteed. This is new enforcement for 2025 and they mean it. Alternative: use rideshare/Uber to avoid parking hassles entirely.
